Cue ("we") is a service operated by Florent Klein that schedules and publishes videos to TikTok on behalf of its users. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Data we collect

• Your TikTok account identifier (open_id), display name and avatar, obtained when you sign in with TikTok.
• TikTok access and refresh tokens, stored encrypted, used only to publish the videos you schedule.
• The videos you upload or send through the API, with their captions and post settings.
• A session cookie that keeps you signed in. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

How we use it

• To show your account in the dashboard and publish your videos to TikTok at the time you chose.
• To display the status of your posts.

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone other than TikTok for publishing.

Retention

• Video files are deleted from our servers as soon as TikTok has processed them, or when you cancel a post.
• Post history and account data are kept until you delete your account.

Your rights

You can delete your account from the dashboard at any time. This revokes Cue's access to your TikTok account and permanently deletes your data and files. You can also revoke access from your TikTok app settings. Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by contacting us.

Hosting

Cue is hosted on servers located in the European Union.
