Cue

Terms of Service

Last updated: October 27, 2026

The service

Cue lets you schedule and publish videos to your own TikTok account, from the web or through an API. Cue is provided free of charge, as is, without guarantee of availability.

Your account and content

You must own or have the rights to every video you publish through Cue, and your content must comply with TikTok's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Music Usage Confirmation and, when applicable, Branded Content Policy. You are responsible for the settings you choose and for content sent with your API key; keep your key secret.

Acceptable use

Do not use Cue to publish content you do not have rights to, to copy content from other platforms, to spam, or to circumvent TikTok limits. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.

Termination

You can stop using Cue and delete your account at any time from the dashboard.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Cue is not liable for posts that fail, are delayed, or are removed by TikTok.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
